We so appreciate everyone traveling from near and far to celebrate with us. We have a few room blocks available for guests to choose from and also encourage everyone to check out other hotels & Airbnbs nearby! We will have a Shuttle from 3pm to 12am the day of the wedding for those who choose not to drive!

WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?

yes! please bring a light jacket just in case there is weather on the day

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE CEREMONY?

we kindly ask that your children do not attend the wedding weekend

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

we kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

there will be plenty of parking available on site however there is no valet parking. Please plan to arrive early if you need to park.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

yes! we will have a variety of options to meet everyones dietary needs.

IS TRANSPORTATON OFFERED?

yes! we will have a shuttle from 3pm to 12am available to take guests to and from the hotel blocks to the venue and back.

HOW DO I FIND THE VENUE?

the venue will be on the lawn of the Village Suites of Bay Harbor at the end of the street by the marina, off of Main Street & Front Street.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

the dress code is formal. a step above cocktail attire, but a step below black tie

HOW DO I GET FROM THE CEREMONY TO THE RECEPTION?

walk! the ceremony is only a few steps away from the reception! everything is on site

WILL THERE BE RESTROOMS?

of course! the restrooms are located on the north lawn behind the tent, attached to the poolhouse
